Shampoo: Massage gently into wet hair, root to ends, rinse well and repeat if required (particularly if you have a lot of product build-up).

Conditioner: Once shampoo is thoroughly rinsed, work through the mid-length and ends of your hair. Rinse after leaving in hair for 2 minutes.

Bodywash + Bubblebath: Lather across the body in the shower, or pour into running bath to foam up. Rinse away after lathered all over the body.
